Public Hearing
The Fairfield Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, Article X C-1, Local Commercial District, Section 10.03. The amendment would allow residential uses within the C-1 Local Commercial District on terms and in locations set forth in the draft amendment. The hearing will begin at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at the Township Fire Hall, 9965 Brown St, Weston. A copy of the proposed amendment can be reviewed at the Township Office at 1023 Pine St in Jasper. The purpose of the hearing is to allow the public to comment on the change to the Zoning Ordinance.
